張揚灑脫的索菲亞（Olivia Molina 飾）在父母的餐館里長大，從小便流露出對料理的極度熱情與天賦，并不顧母親阻攔毅然放棄學業投身餐飲。身為餐廳經理的帥小伙法蘭克（阿方索·巴薩維 Alfonso Bassave 飾）驚訝于索菲亞的料理潛能，決心要使她成為世界一流的女廚師，在美味的催化下，兩人擦出愛情火花。然而于此同時，和索菲亞一直保持穩定關系的初戀情人東尼（帕科·萊昂 Paco León 飾）也正在鍥而不舍地向她求婚。五年時光如白駒過隙，索菲亞和丈夫東尼生了三個孩子，過著外人看來幸福富裕的生活，直到一天法蘭克再度出現，又重新喚醒了索菲亞內心深處對料理的追求與愛的激情。幾番爭執后，東尼終于決定支持妻子的理想，并為她買下了一間豪華餐廳。在三人的齊心協力下，索菲亞的料理事業如日方升，三人的關系也在食欲和情欲中完美契合，出現了令人意外的發展……
