《美眉校探 第二季》劇情簡介
Veronica Mars住在加利福尼亞的海邊一個超富裕的社區小鎮Eptune，這里住著百萬富翁和為百萬富翁工作的人們。當然，Veronica就屬于第二類，她的老爹Keith是鎮上的sheriff，老美的sheriff 可和警察有點不一樣的，雖然都是執法人員，在編制上 sheriff 可謂是“民辦” 的。雖然是第二類，但是Veronica在學校還是過的不錯，因為她的男友Duncan是鎮上億萬富翁的兒子。生活似乎過的不錯，但是突然一切都變了，先是男友沒有征兆沒有理由的和她分了手，然后最好的朋友Lilly——也是前男友的姐姐死了，老爹為了調查謀殺案丟了工作，現在成了私人偵探，老媽也離家出走了，自己的一次聚會上被下了藥迷奸了，用Veronica自己的話來說就是Life is a bitch, until you die。生活變了，朋友也變了。
